Ask 4 Us Fencing - Health and Safety Policies to prevent the spread of Covid 19 Level 1-3

As a family owned and operated company operating in New Zealand it is important to us to provide our family and yours with the best possible practise to help prevent the community spread of Covid 19 whilst still providing you our client with the outstanding service and product quality you have come to expect from us. We have already sent through our health and safety policies through to MPI for their approval.

With that in mind we have established the following Standard Operation Proceedures (SOP) listed below. As well as these procedures we also wish to let you know the general practises the we have put in place to help prevent the spread of this virus.

  • Where possible all communication between potential and existing clients and Ask 4 Us staff will be done by phone or email.
  • All our vehicles now carry equipment for hand washing and on farm we have our own tea making and bathroom facilities and will not require access to your dwelling.
  • If any member of our staff show signs of illness the will not come to work. If any members of our staff are contacted as a possible contact of someone who has contracted the virus then that staff member and any other staff member who has contact with them will not return to work until being tested and cleared.

We have the following SOPs available for you to look at regarding

  • Carrying out work on farm
  • Meeting a Client on Farm
  • Quoting on Farm
  • Picking up and delivery of materials on farm

This is a strange time for all of us and these SOP's may change as required.
