We specialise in the construction of all types of prefabricated netting fences throughout the Bay of Plenty, from Te Puke, Tauranga, Katikati, to Waihi. Netting fences are commonly used for Deer and sheep fencing. Post spacings vary from 3-5 metres apart. The netting comes in a variety of sizes and types to suit different animals and uses. Netting fences are not suggested for steep or vary steep terrain and in some case on rolling country extra ground preparation may be required to be able to strain the netting correctly. 

What to think about when it comes to designing your new netting fence?

The type of stock you have is a major influence in the decision that you make as to what style and size of netting you use. 

• Deer - Usually Deer netting is 1900mm high and comes in two mesh sizes 150mm and 300mm gaps. Electric hot wires are not recommended for Stags with hard antler or velvet for animal safety reasons. 
• Cattle and Sheep netting - is usually 900mm high and also comes in two mesh sizes 150mm and 300mm gaps. Options are also available to at an outrigger and electric wire to this fence for better barrier control.

N.B. Lambs and Fawns require smaller mesh sizes. 

Better than i had envisaged it could be...

I asked Earl and Nicola for a quote and they turned up on time, looked at the job and provided a quote. They then turned up when they said they would and did the job which is better than i had envisaged it could be. They worked tremendously hard - the neighbour even commented about them continuing to work in the rain.  I would happily engage them again for any future fencing requirements.
